COMPANY CULTURE
We aim to create a listening culture where staff can give us feedback and make suggestions for how we can improve their work place. These include ongoing suggestion schemes; bi-annual staff survey; Ideas Week; and People’s Champions. We also aim to make management as accessible to staff as possible, highlighted by the Chief Executive’s weekly message and regular staff presentations at all our offices.
 
We review performance regularly and reward those staff who work hard and achieve success with monthly and annual awards and bonuses at each location. Each of our divisions run annual incentive competitions based on sales and profit performance. Prizes include luxury weekends away – for example in 2009 staff from our Glasgow office have the chance of a trip to Las Vegas in our “Oceans 8” incentive.

We put on annual summer and Christmas parties and each office sponsors a local charity selected by staff.
