BIG Management Programme

This programme develops individuals who aspire to move into management. Successful participants gain a nationally recognised qualification from the Chartered Management Institute and includes communication skills; team-working; leadership; managing projects; performance management; presentation and negotiation skills. All employees go through a rigorous selection process for the limited number of spaces each year.

Stepping Stones

This scheme, developed after consultations with our staff, is aimed at producing a structured environment for those who wish to progress within our HomeLet business in Lincoln.

The main benefits are:

        • Basic pay progression for all staff that is clear and consistent, fair and achievable.
        • A clear path of progression to motivate and retain staff.
        • Training to increase skills of current employees.
