Deacon Outbound Lead Creation Executive
Reports to: New Business Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
To outbound phone dormant and new clients (both broker and managing agents) and generate leads on Deacon specific property insurance products. Whislt maximising opportunities for selling/cross selling of all products and services available within Deacon.
To demonstrate knowledge of the current market conditions in the manging agent/broker industry. Demonstrate knowledge of Deacon and its competitors products ensuring credibility with clients and re affrirming our key differences with the aim to make them a Deacon Customer
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Always represent the company in a positive manner
• Build awareness that the needs of our customers are paramount in our minds
• Providing customers with a service that meets their requirements, building rapport to achieve a positive, professional customer experience that supports brand image
• Actively listen and question the customer to confirm understanding of the reason for contact
• Keep up to date with products and pricing to ensure correct information is given to customers
• Handling transferred calls and identifying potential sales opportunities
• Update systems accurately, with relevant information
• Manage after call activities to the agreed company standard
• Keep up to date with system and telephony requirements, allowing effective report to be produced
• Working as a team to create an infrastructure that results in the effective promotion of company products and services
• Any other duties that the company may reasonably ask you to perform which are within your expertise and skill sets
• Meet and overachieve targets and aims of the department
