JOB TITLE: Marketing & Office Assistant
REPORTING TO: HomeLet Marketing Manager
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To provide general support to the Marketing team. This position will report to the Marketing Manager for HomeLet while supporting and working closely with the rest of the Marketing team to drive forward a professional and effective department.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITES:
• Conduct internet, telephone & Direct Mail based research as directed
• Assist with copywriting and proofing all marketing pieces
• Tidy and maintain store cupboard ensuring sufficient levels of giveaways
• Monitor, implement and maintain list / database building activities and mailing lists
• Deal with all requests received into the Marketing Inbox
• Review and authorise new agent literature requests in eBrochures
• Source new lists for research – websites, membership lists
• Update key areas of the business with new Marketing materials
• Occasionally support the team in display stands at industry meets and other trade related or customer focussed activities
• Complete all projects allocated within the given time restraints
• Respond to specific and ad-hoc requests made to the department as and when required
• Prepare, raise and track purchase orders and expenditure against the marketing budget
• Maintain and manage the department’s filing system including monitoring the sickness and holiday spreadsheet
• Assist with other tasks as appropriate and manage the marketing office administration
• Assist with the monitoring of Stock levels on a weekly basis and liaise with FastAnt to replenish when necessary
• Review fulfilment costs from deliveries made and report back to Marketing Manager
• Check fulfilment costs every month to ensure consistency
• Support with Corporate Events and hospitality
• Manage the Salute to the Stars sales incentive and trip organisation
• Manage the social calendar for the business including monthly incentives (bingo etc), the Christmas and Summer party
