REPORTING TO: Team Leader - Referencing

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
HomeLet provides a service to the Letting Industry. The main client base is made up entirely of Property Management Agencies and Letting Agents who fax/e-mail application forms to us for assessment.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Log on and complete all returned financial and landlord reference responses
• Contact referees and customer with any missing information either via telephone/email/fax
• Complete all of the incomplete Tenancy Application Scores
• Action email contact from customers and clients either via telephone or email
• All company applications to be logged on to the system
• All Connect and call centre queries dealt with and agent updated
• All calls FSA and DPA compliant
• Support team to hit team targets
• To identify and make recommendations for improvements to current working practices as required
• To take ownership and responsibility of your work
• To update team visuals with targets and figures
• To be aware of the department targets and ensure you influence this in a positive way
• Highlight to team leader when service standards are not being met
• To consistently demonstrate the Power Of One to every customer you deal with
• To work towards stepping stones development
• To manage your own time in line with work volumes
