When I first started at Letsure I was a Customer Service Advisor within the Referencing Section, and I’m now an Operational Support Administrator.

What’s the secret of your success?

I always try to learn from my mistakes.

We have a really good group of people working within the teams here, and there is opportunity to progress if you work hard.

Best moments since you started?  

Receiving a bottle of champagne from a customer as a thank you for my hard work, and when I was promoted into my current role.
