What roles have you had at Barbon, and how did you come to work here?

I started as an Assistant Account Executive after a friend recommended applying. Since then I’ve been promoted twice, and now I’m the Existing Business Team Manager. I believe that I’ve managed to progress within the company because I work hard, and try to make sure that the right people are aware of my ambition and abilities.

Do you have a message to anybody thinking of applying here?

I think that Barbon has some fantastic opportunities for ambitious people to develop and grow.

What have been your best moments at Barbon?

I really enjoyed taking part in the High Flyers Programme and I am now following it up with the CMI qualification which is available as part of the BIG Management Training Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop my skills and make some fantastic friendships.
