What roles have you had at Barbon?
I joined as a Credit Analyst and since then I’ve worked my way up through various roles such as Team Leader, HR Co-ordinator, Project Manager, and I’m currently an Implementation Manager.
What's the secret of your success?
I think being determined and willing to try new things has really me develop and progress, and I always try to think of how I could learn and improve upon the work that I’ve done.
Do you have a message to anybody thinking of applying here?
I think it’s a great place to work. It’s a ‘people’ business and everyone has the opportunity for continual improvement through training and development or generation of new ideas.
What have been your best moments since joining Barbon?
Being promoted to Team Leader after my first year was a great moment as it was totally unexpected and gave me the opportunity to develop and try new things. I have also had the opportunity to work on large business projects which were great learning experiences, and of course the summer and Christmas parties are always lots of fun and full of surprises.
