What roles have you had at Barbon?

I started as an Administrator in the Referencing Department after a friend recommended applying here. I then moved into Customer Services where I became a Supervisor, and I’m now a Quality Controller for both the Insurance and Referencing Departments. 
 
What's the secret of your success?

I take on every task with a ‘what ever it takes to achieve approach’, and I think that’s really benefited me since joining.

Do you have a message to anyone thinking of applying here?

The company as a whole offers a very friendly and fun atmosphere to work in and all individuals are well motivated.

What have been your best moments at Barbon?

Working with a great team has certainly helped me, and being entrusted to take on the role within quality control is definitely one of my favourite memories since joining.
