What roles have you had at Barbon, and how did you come to work here?

I joined Barbon at Keelan Westall as a Commercial Claims Handler after an ex-colleague recommended me through the ‘Refer a Friend Scheme’, and she very kindly halved her bonus with me - thanks Julie! 
 
Do you have a message to anybody thinking of applying here?

I learn something new every day here and everyone is really friendly and supportive. Our managers understand our strengths, and provide training to identify our weaknesses. Oh, and the benefits package is ACE!!!

What have been your best moments since joining Barbon?

A client took our claims team (nine strong!) to London for a three course dinner at Gauchos. The view of Tower Bridge was amazing and such a great experience.

I’ve become a member of the Charity Committee and raised almost £5K for Naomi House - a hospice for children with life limiting conditions, a really worthwhile cause.

I’ve also been really lucky to join such a friendly team, containing a real mix of personalities (not forgetting Friday naughty treats - today’s are toffee cookies and Rocky Road Bites!).
