What roles have you had at Barbon?
I started as an Account Manager and then moved on to become IT Manager. Since then I’ve been a Claims Operations Manager (Secondment), Project Manager for Tiger Team (Secondment), and I’m currently Account Manager & IT Co-ordinator.
What's the secret of your success?
Being a loyal member of staff who is conscientious, flexible and hard working.

What have been your best moments since joining Barbon?
• Any summer/Christmas party – always good for a giggle!
• The launch of the new IT software which I helped to write and create.
• Working as part of a team to win a prestigious client off a main competitor.
• Hitting targets to achieve a bonus!
