I started as a Claims Handler and have progressed through the ranks to be the Claims Supervisor and Trainer of Policies and Procedures.
What’s the secret of your success?
I love to learn and I am the sort of person who always says yes to a challenge. Having said that I could not have developed into my current role without the tremendous support from my family and manager.
Do you have a message to anybody thinking of applying?
If you are committed and hard-working this is the perfect place for you. There are some excellent staff benefits and the company really does take very good care of you.
What have been your best moments at Barbon?
I really enjoy working here and my colleagues in the Legal & Claims Team are all a great laugh. My best moments would be when I was promoted to Claims Supervisor, and when I won the Employee of the Month Award.
