Since joining I’ve worked as a Referencing Advisor within several different policies and areas of the department.
 
Do you have a message to anyone thinking of applying here?

The atmosphere is generally very relaxed, yet hard working for a call centre. The company is continually changing and offering new opportunities for their staff, and there is a very good mix of people to work with.

What have been your best moments at Barbon?

The introduction of the new incentive schemes such as the bonus pot, and having the chance to win a place to Las Vegas if we exceed our annual target.
