What roles have you had at Barbon?
I joined as an Account Executive (sales) for the Film and Media product “Performance”; in our Croydon office. I then moved to Regent Street, and now I have come full circle back to Croydon where I am currently the Head of the Film and Media Division.
What's the secret of your success?
• Get to know your sector and your clients well and do your best for them.
• Under-promise and over-deliver!
• Always have a game plan.

What have been your best moments at Barbon?
1. Winning a client who had been with a competitor of ours for nearly 20 years, and then retaining his business at renewal, even though the competitor tried aggressively to win him back from us.
2. Hosting an awards ceremony at BAFTA for our filmmakers, and getting all the positive emails and comments from them the following day. Fantastic!
